Key Performance Logistics was formed in August 1997. We specialize in complete supply chain management, from the purchase of raw material to delivery of finished product. Our services include documentation, freight broking, customs clearance, interstate and intrastate transport, warehousing and distribution.
Our business relies on strong organization skills and expert knowledge of our customer's requirements to offer a superior yet personal service, which we believe, is unrivaled.

We negotiate on behalf of our customers, freight contracts in excess of AUD 8 million per annum, involving large movements of seafreight containers and a growing number of airfreight shipments to all corners of the world. This volume gives us excellent negotiating power for very competitive freight rates.

We are a regulated security agent for airfreight.

We have specialised staff dedicated to receiving and negotiating letters of credit to the value of AUD 150 million per annum, which involves a great deal of integrity and trust between business partners.

We prepare all paperwork for our customers including AQIS health certificates, export permits and SGS inspections, and have an in-house courier to visit AQIS, Chamber of Commerce, shipping companies, and banks on a daily basis.

Our experienced team is able to deal with all export and import commodities.
