Maurice Sanders - Managing Director

Maurice has 30 years experience in the field of international trade, during which time he worked as a shipping clerk, Shipping Manager, and Logistics Manager, for a large export organisation.
During this time Maurice gained valuable experience in most major aspects of the export industry such as preparation of letters of credit, negotiating freight contracts, coordinating stock purchases, production planning, quality assurance, to the end result of receiving payment for letters of credit.

Maurice formed KPL in 1997 as a result of his employer's decision to outsource out the supply chain, and export process. The six original staff that moved to the new organisation with him has now grown to 13.

Maurice has held positions on the committee of the Australian Wool Commodity Group, and The Wool Clearing House Committee.

Kerrie Williams - Sales and Marketing Manager

Kerrie's 27 year career in the International trade arena has mostly been with transport service providers to the import and export trade.

Her roles have been in both operations and sales, beginning with domestic and international airfreight forwarders, then progressing on to a team leadership position with a major international container shipping company.

Kerrie's last role before joining KPL was as an International Freight Manager, which included the supervision of a Customs Bond and Quarantine warehouse, arranging shipments of international airfreight, seafreight, customs clearance, and local cartage.

After initially assisting Maurice to set up KPL, she finally joined the management team in January 2000.

Steven Rocek - Shipping Administration Manager

Steven joined Key Performance Logistics in October 2008.

Having started in the shipping department he has progressed through the Company becoming a key account manager and is also involved in our shipping, IT and administration.

Steven has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry, having been an export coordinator for some major manufacturing companies over many years.
